Suzuka Ishikawa(石川鈴華) is a Japanese AV actress. She was born in Hokkaido on August 17, 1988. In 2009, she left the agency and changed her name to Saitama Prefecture. She filmed uncensored AV videos in the Tokyo Hot series under the name of Ikeuchi Rina and retired at the end of the year.
In May 2008, she debuted in the AV industry under the name of Ishikawa Suzuka, and was born in Hokkaido at the time.
In 2010, she changed her name to Tachibana Mion (桔 ミオン) and made a comeback, and changed her name to Fukuoka Prefecture; but most of her works still use the name of Ishikawa Suzuka. After that, she opened a bar and worked part-time as an AV, but she is currently on hiatus.
In February 2011, she officially returned to the name of Ishikawa Suzuka and participated in photography activities.
