Kaede Matsushima (松島かえで) is a former Japanese AV actress. She is affiliated with Office Old Crew. She hails from Fukuoka Prefecture. She debuted in 2002 with Uchuu Kikaku (Media Station).

After January 2003, her releases stopped for a while, but she returned in December of the same year with Alice JAPAN. Her works became hit after hit, and she became very popular as a beautiful older sister-type actress, becoming the flagship actress of Alice JAPAN. She is best friends with fellow AV actress Hayasaka Hitomi.

In April 2008, Han Han, a popular young Chinese writer, posted a link to Matsushima’s blog on his own blog, which led to a flood of hits and temporarily blocking access. On October 7, 2008, she made her self-released debut with S1, and returned to AV acting.
